Cohorts are kept small, so the mentors actually know your name, see your progress every week, and help when you are falling behind
Honest feedback on your real work to fix mistakes early instead of carrying them into your first job.
Classes are scheduled around university and jobs, so you can keep your commitments and learn at your own pace.
By the end, you will have a fine portfolio to put in front of any interviewer instead of just another certificate.

Pilabs was born inside AntonX, a software company that spent years shipping products for clients around the world. Along the way, we kept meeting the same person — talented, hardworking, and completely let down by how tech is taught. So we stopped complaining about it and opened our doors instead.
Everything taught here comes straight from the work our team does for actual clients. When the industry changes, our teaching changes with it, usually the same month, not years later.
We hire engineers ourselves, so we know exactly what makes a candidate stand out and what gets a CV ignored. We built this program to make you the person we would want to hire.
Pilabs wasn't built to be another training programme. It was built around one question — what would it take for someone actually to get hired?
It depends on the track. Each course page lists exactly what you need coming in. Some start from zero. If you're unsure, apply and ask. We'd rather tell you "not yet" than take your money for the wrong course.
It's a hybrid program. Live classes are held online five days a week via Google Classroom, with day-to-day communication happening in our dedicated Discord community. Saturdays are reserved for a 4-hour discussion and collaboration session at the PiLabs parent company, AntonX HQ, in Peshawar. These sessions are flexible, if you're in Peshawar, you're welcome to join us onsite. If you're based elsewhere, you can attend the session virtually. Either way, you'll be learning live with mentors and your cohort mates, not left on your own with recorded videos.
Yes, you will. But honestly, our focus at Pilabs is on making you employable, giving you industry-ready skills and real expertise. By the end of the program, the portfolio you build here will do more for you than any certificate ever could. In interviews, employers are far more likely to ask "What have you built?" than "Can I see your certificate?
Our sessions are scheduled to fit around university and office hours. Classes are held later in the day, so you can attend after your classes or work. You can check the schedule for each course on its respective course page.
Each course runs for 16 weeks (4 months). The fee is PKR 10,000 per month, so you'll pay in monthly installments throughout the program instead of paying everything upfront. And here's our promise: if you show up consistently, put in the work, and make the most of the program, you'll get far more value out of it than what you paid.
